We provide high-level exterior maintenance services using rope access techniques. Services
may vary by project and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or
discontinue services at any time without notice.

Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided via our website, phone, or email are estimates based on information
provided. Final pricing may vary depending on site access, building condition, and scope of
work. All prices are in NZD unless otherwise stated.
3.
Bookings and Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please
contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
4.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices
not paid within 5 days may incur late fees.
5.
Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure safety and quality, Rope & Shine Limited is not
liable for: pre-existing damage, unforeseen structural issues, or delays due to weather or
access restrictions. We carry public liability insurance for all work performed.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Rope & Shine Limited and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in
